Great Fall/ Holiday Season!

Fall is here, though the day time temperatures are still high like a replay of August. Our summer was very eventful with trips to Italy and NYC. Being as fond of food as fashion, we were busy taking pictures of everything we consumed! Here is a small sampling of the cuisines in the various cities and regions we visited.

Food and Roma! From Ancient to modern day.

Lovely bistros and cafés in the middle of gardens. The wonders of Italian cities.

The best meals were often unplanned. We stopped when we were tired and the food never disappointed.

Firenze and great Tuscan wine and cuisine

From Florentine cuisine to Venetian, it was richly rewarding!

Venetian to Milanese, we sampled art, architecture and all forms of local victuals! Buon Appetito!!

We are excited to be part of the Boston Fashion Week line up from Oct 5 to 11th.

Our fashion show will feature new dresses made with saris recycled to create special occasion and cocktail frocks. Always in natural silks and cottons. A special appearance by a very special friend and client will be the finale! Stay tuned!

Tea time - 3 pm to 5 pm. Come and sip tea or wine, mingle with friends and view the show. Our models are local students! Please RSVP as space is limited.

Show time - 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Venue - Tantric, Stuart Street Boston

Here's to a Great Fall / Holiday Season!

Spring, Holi and Wedding Expo

Spring Collection Sale!
Wedding Expo

Sunday, March 23, 2014; 11 a.m. - 4 p.m
Burlington Marriott, One Burlington Mall Road,
Burlington MA 01803

Inspiration for Spring Summer 2014- from these beautiful flowers and antiquities from the Metropolitan museum of art in New York.

The shape and color of the glass and pottery was so Spring like and vibrant.

Marble comes to life, terra cotta shines with a luster and the wonder of ancient art is here for everyone to enjoy, without global boundaries.

Indian art is represented with the Mother Goddess Durga/ Mahadevi and Hanuman, the monkey god from the great epic, the Ramayana.

Indian art with hand carved archways and paintings of lord Krishna.

The Indian Festival of Holi- the coming of the Spring season and the festival of colors- is celebrated in March. The blue in these ceramics as well as Degas' paintings remind one of the ocean and the sky.

Here's to a beautiful spring and warm weather!
